Jonathan Ross, we know your name, and we know your game. You are not alone in this game; it is part of the whole Federal government
strategy for dealing with tragic events. We know you are the ICE agent who shot and killed Renee Good. The video was taken of you shooting her as she tried to drive away is clear. You hit her at least three times right through the front window as she attempted to drive away, but because of your behavior, she slumped over while her vehicle ran into a parked car. You took a look at her in her vehicle and then walked away. The many news reports that followed the shooting spoke of you without using your name. So it took me a while, but eventually I found you.
All the media said about you was that in 2025, you had been dragged by another vehicle in the Minneapolis area (Bloomington to be exact) and suffered several injuries. Having been in a car crash myself, I know that such events can be highly traumatic. So why you were out there near the front of the car in the first place is a mystery to me. I imagine when Renee backed up and then went forward expressively to avoid hitting you, you panicked and thought she was coming after you. So you shot. That was an automatic trauma response. You should not have been there in the first place. One of your fellow officers could easily stopped the car by shooting out the tires, but that is not what happened, and so a 37-year-old Christian mother of a six-year-old son bled to death in her car. A physician in the crowd begged to be allowed to tend to her, but your fellow officers denied even that kindness.
You quickly left the scene, drove off in a car, and were gone. But then the lies started. Kristi Nome said Renee Good was “a domestic terrorist” and was trying to run you over, so you shot in self-defense. President Trump said the same thing. The Vice President also used the domestic terrorism line, and then added that the death was “a tragedy of her own making.” You know that’s not true either. The administration, from the President right down to your commander on the ground, is quickly trying to cover this incident up with lies. They can get away with those kinds of ridiculous untruths when working with immigrants (undocumented or not), but now you have taken out an American citizen. What you have done is initiate an act of war against your fellow Americans. It doesn’t make what you do to immigrants any better, but it shows how low and unaccountable your superiors have sunk. They are trying to protect you and themselves with a lie; a lie you know does not vindicate what you did.
They will try to make you out to be some sort of hero, but you know what you did was not right. I am guessing, given a do-over, you would handle the situation differently. You must live with the fact that you killed an innocent woman, whom you could see sitting in the driver’s seat of her car. You walked over to her car after it crashed and saw her slumped over in her seat after you shot her, and then quickly walked away. I am guessing part of you wants to buy the line that you were just trying to protect yourself, but you were not in danger. In the heat of the moment, you killed her. Plain and simple.
Only you can uncover the blanket of lies seeking to justify and save you from owning up to your action. JD Vance, Kristi Nome, Donald Trump, and others don’t care about you. They only care to keep justifying their war against immigrants and their allies, whom they now call “domestic terrorists.” I am not a terrorist, but if you and your crew come to Philadelphia, I will be there to call out the lies that guide your mission. You think you’re serving your country, but you are serving a country neither you nor I want to live in. I challenge you to own up to what happened, speak the truth, and don’t let others lie on your behalf.
